Can you tell the difference on playback?

You can buy a Panasonic or an LG new for 49 quid delivered from Amazon if you want to spend the equivalent of a few bevvies out for you.

Cheapest bluray I seen few months ago was £45, ended up buying a £55 Samsung and its pish tbh, it's alright when the films playing but it takes 5 minutes to actually get to the menu screen

My panny bluray it's rock and rolling in seconds , no idea how much it is though as it came bundled with my tv

Maybe not in picture quality but everything else e.g. startup time, user interface, reliability, asthetics etc.

Who's your ISP. The only time I've had disconnect issues is with BT themselves. flip sake, even TalkTalk were better than BT and that's saying something.

iv had about 6 in the past 10 years
with sky now and the speed is much better than virgin but still sh-t for disco.
no cable here either so its adsl or whatever they shove up the phone lines now

Strongly worded hand written letters get things resolved I'd try that, it's not acceptable to suffer disconnects at that rate.

I'm finding this a bit annoying. This is what I expected the PS3 to be like. I want to play Watch Dogs on PS4, but the Xbox is looking better.
It's also making a mockery of Google TV
