How are you finding the es engine mount inserts?

There ok, noticed then at first but now I can't really tell. Does shake a little on idle but will hopefully get that sorted when I get a kpro.

Yeah it will to a certain extent, acceleration feels a lot more positive I that makes sense?

They vibrate my car like mad at idle! However, as stated above, the acceleration seams more responsive. :bigthumb:

Bit of an update;





all ready to start

Gearbox mount insert



Shiney new droplinks, they were knocking like hell did the back ones a week or to back so needed to get the front ones done



also changed the gearbox oil and put a magnetic drain plug in

Just enigine oil now, filter shoud be here next week

Looks cool mate. I fitted my gearbox mount a couple of weeks ago, I didn't notice any more vibration (I think my exhaust makes the car vibrate enough ) but feels much smoother changing gear now. I also done my font and rear drop links as well and it seemed to be a massive improvement which was a bit of a surprise because I didn't expect to notice anything.

oh, and facelift satin with fogs FTW. :thumbup:

I havnt noticed any more either but the engine mounts make it vibrate enough. Changing gear is a bit sharper but think my clutch is on its way out! :bad-words:

Droplinks have made quite a difference the old ones were fooked, they had loads of play in them so bound to feel a bit of a dirrerence.

Still got to do my engine mount inserts, they've beem sitting top of my wardrobe for months. They difficult to fit or just arkward?

The back was really easy came out a treat and went back in no problem but the front one I really struggled with, probably because I didn't drop the sub frame down enough!

Not anymore im in east yorkshire now still come across though and stay at the buck inn for my steak ,brother lived in hellifield for awhile too and remember that road to kirkby malham from hellifield single track most of it
