Small update. My mate moved the car at his place after I foolishly gave him the keys and he ended up shagging the kerb and my wheel :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words:
Was not impressed as you can imagine. He offered to pay for refurb but he's helped me out in the past so declined. Got a quote for refurb £85  . Ended up buying another new wheel plus 452 and now using this one as a spare.
On a good note this arrived today :WOOT

After seeing this on Newannaive's thread I couldn't resist(sorry N+N  ). Not liking the grey but apart from that spot on :-D . Will hopefully be fitted on saturday.
Also pulled my finger out and fitted LeeH's HID kit which I've had for about 6 months now  . Can only say that I regret not fitting them earlier, cant believe the difference they make
Will take some pics later when dark.

They do mate but if there the same as what Newannaive got with his then they wont fit. Hopefully wont need them regardless as I only replaced mine about 6 months ago when I got my JDM arb.
Thanks for all the positive comments guys, nice to know all my hard work is appreciated

I couldn't get them to fit without using all of the spacers they include with them....kind of like they are some kind of universal droplink and you have to bodge them to fit...so i tried a pair of oem droplinks and they fitted fine. Cheaper to replace as well as i can imagine the rose jointed ones being a bit harsh

Nice, I like the little captive washers on the progress arb, they stop the bar from moving side to side. It's a much mire rigid setup, tempted to get the 27mm for the front now..

I think uprated ARB's are a great mod, only issue is you'll notice any movement in the sidewall of the tyres and bushes afterwards.
