Lets put it this way... if it was my EP3, I will stick with the 8/10 setup.

The reason is that the springs rate are designed for the EP3 chassis.
You can make adjustment to the overall balance of the chassis by using the damping adjustments.

You won't be disappointed with the 8/10 setup... and it isn't difficult to get new springs if you do want it any stiffer.

The thing is i've changed the balance of my car, with it being stripped out, caged, polybushed and JDM ARB i dont think it will act the same as OEM set up with the 8/10 set up. I'll do some research and see what the best set up is for it, it might well be the 8/10 though.

Yep, your balance won't be the same as the standard chassis, but at the same time that is why you have the adjustable damping as that can adjust the chassis balance also.
Again, it is alot to do with personal preference... But I would start with the standard 8/10 setup then make changes if you cannot achieve what you want the car to do with the adjustable damping.

The standard setup is a good "baseline" for the EP3... you can make changes as you feel necessary after you get use to suspension.
