Booked in at ABP tomorrow for a DC catback. Really looking foward to that got an unsilenced b pipe on at the moment my oem box sits badly now and hate the raspy sound so will be glad to get that off......

DC Sports now on. Sounds so nice was expecting it to be louder as i've read a few posts from other people saying that they had to take it off because it was too loud.
To me it sounds just right, such a nice deep tone but not being overly loud untill vtec; would definatly reccomend!

DC sports looks great mate,im leaning towards getting one as i have a silenced B pipe and standard back box but i want more noise! the fact that you can get a bung is another reason im interested in one as its my wifes daily drive so she may not want the same levels as i want ! how much did you pay for the system?

Thanks! Tbh it's far from mint there's lacquer peeling on the rear bumper so that going to have a respray and it needs a good machine polish I think. Now the front end has been resprayed the rest of the car looks dull now!
I know it's a lot of money for no performance etc.. But it has totally transformed the car everyone comments on how nice it is you won't regret doing it!

I had all the metal resprayed on my ctr, looks mint now, like a new one when clean. Your car looks very nice, god choice in colour for he wheels too :salut:

The DC looks spot on! Def gearing towards one now. Upload some vids of it! would be nice to hear how it sounds etc.

Fancied taking a few pics the other day. This is what the car looks like at the moment:





Bit unsure what to do next will have a bit of spare cash after the xmas shopping next week.
Need 2 new tyres for sure, im either going to get 2 Potz (£260 fitted) or I may just get 4 new Contis Contact 3 (£480 fitted) I do fancy a change but what spare cash I have depends on what tyres I get. Desperate for a subtle drop and a FRSU, new clutch may be needed soon. Fancy some new seats and Kpro/K100 definatly next year!

Thanks! Tbh I only show good pics, pics without defects and dings etc..But yeah try my best to keep the car looking good as much as I can. Still needs a bit more tidying up though imo.

Whilst a couple of the things you've done aren't my taste (DC exhaust/pimped out windows), I have to say this is one of the nicest pre-face lifts I've ever seen. My favourite colours are also Milano and Cosmic, and I ended up with the latter.

It's obvious you love your car, and it shows up in the pics you post. Keep it shiny and enjoy :thumbup:

Had an Exedy stage 1 organic clutch fitted a few days ago; 2nd to 3rd at high revs is so much more smoother was struggling in those gears before. The clutch feels tighter than the oem one not sure if its a characteristic of that clutch or if it needs bedding in more only done 200 miles since it was changed and 100 of them were motorway miles. Also noticed when idling a chirping sound is coming from the clutch area but when you press the clutch it stops, hopefully that settles when ive put more miles on it. Overall feel so much happier now with the car enjoying the vtec again!
Also whilst my clutch was being fitted had a JDM ARB fitted can feel an improvement for sure the car feels bit more stable / planted :thumbup:

All that work has killed my wallet got more xmas shopping to do so no more updates untill after next year. Got the car a pressie anyway:

Thanks; to say this is one of the nicest I would disagree there are so many more nicer CTR's on here but appreciate what your saying I do love my car and try to look after it. Cosmic is my 2nd favourite colour as well!
The tints I done straight away when I got the car in the summer it was either that, or sun blinds in each window for my two girls im actually going off the tints tbh would prefer the more sutble look; I seem to go through phases!
The DC imo is a good system, not too loud it's got a deeper tone thats what I was after and looks good too.
