Hi just a quick one -

will the header + sport cat mate upto the remainder of the stock system?

oh and Is a remap strongly recomended?

iirc the sports cat / de cat doesnt fit onto the stock cat back however once ANY aftermarket mani is installed a remap is strongly recommended!

The Manifold and De-cat or Sports cat will fit to the STD centre section and Backbox but I would be looking to change atleast the centre section to a bigger bore to release more Power!!!!

can you tell me how big the bore of the manifold is was going to order a dtr/ssr header with 2.5 inch collector but if yours is similar it could save me a few bucks

thanks for the fast response :thumbup: next question is i'm running a k24 block with k20 head so it needs more to be slightly longer to clear the arb, if i sent you a dc sports manifold we had already modified to fit could you make me one of yours to suit my car,as i live in northern ireland driving it to your garage for a custom one is off the cards :bigcry: also rough price if possiable

currently running the full piper setup (sport cat so legal), AEM V2, K-pro mapped on saturday at tdi-north

very pleased with the results, 230bhp and 168 Lbs torque

think the piper kit is really nice, gives a nice driving sound for cruising on the M-way but when driving hard it sounds great

next is some new wheels, preferably white ones and then when i get the time ill get a slam pan and do the RBC mod ready for the manifold when i get one

If your after the Piper Manifold and De-cat you will be looking at £451.00 inc Vat

Only other things you may need are a 02 Simulator and Manifold Gasket.

We have instock and can either Post out or fit for you.
