Strange noise from front passenger side strut

Hi All

I have Tein Coilovers on, and i can hear a rather strange noise when I turn left or turn right. Even if I am stationary.

It sound like something is just springing away with a slight knock.

What parts could it possibly be when looking? I was thinking could be the ball joint as well.
