When you thinking of getting your's done?
Well i have just bought an RBC with hondata gasket, got a k100 lined up and all i needthe header. Was thinking of going toda but i wanted to see how this performs. Still not sure whether i should buy a new one of these or a second hand toda

Sweet, the k100 makes a massive difference to driving the car you'll love it when it all comes together

Thought about replacing the backbox but think it will do my head in as i do about 50 miles a day to work and back and didnt want a loud car at crusing speeds. Paul at tdi said he could probably have squeezed out a couple more bhp with a bigger bore catback though...

Dose any one know how much differnrt the JDM ARB is to the UKDM?
I don't know anything about the JDM arb so if you find out mate let me know! If this rattling sound is my arb on the mani then i'll be needing a JDM one! Hopefully it's just a heatshield though

yarters wrote:Spoke to Tegiwa today and they said it would be a close fit to the manifold with the UKDM arb. Tdi would have said if it was a problem so I'm not worried too much. I'll update once I've checked it out at the weekend. Need a nice day so I can get it on the ramps!
If you are running the engine mount inserts like you are there will not be any issues with the manifold knocking against the ARB.

yarters wrote:Small update: got the JDM arb fitted yesterday. The UKDM arb was so tight up against the manifold, I could have left it but wasn't happy with how close it was. Any way all fitted and drives sweet now. No knocking at all and I'm loving the car again :-D

Good stuff mate, thought it would be the ARB

Still not sure yet. Just worried about the build quality of it. It seemed to make great power on your car though :cooldude:
