Ah right i see what you mean, ive just had a look at the karcher k2 and it looks very reasonable, one of the cheapest was at argos and that comes with two different lances, and snow foam lances are going for around 17-25 quid on ebay. I need to get my arse in gear

Guess i'll be detailing the civic this weekend as it looks like its lived in a bush for ever due to scratches/swirls and grime marred on to the paint ! wouldnt think i done it all in december! Honda paint is like when you move into a new house/flat, the second you touch the wall it marks :| defo getting a german car again after this

Will take some before and after shots of the civic probably sunday, got a mercadese to do first :Cries:

Havent done much to the civic lately other than clean it up. I have ordered some new number plates and brighter headlight bulbs and grill push clips . Quite a lot of plans for my week off in July and also parts accumulating in the shed but I'll keep those plans quite for now.

Few pictures of the civic taken today after a weekly clean and wax top up, cleaned the bay again too

Also removed the rear seats and put my old boot net from my mk5 in. Just making up some brackets for my home built c pillar brace, will update when it's complete

thank you mate, would ideally love some anthracite wheels though. milano's looking really clean, top work with it! its amazing what a few new bolts and some cleaning/painting can really do to a cars apperance. whats the B pipe like?

ive bought a few bits to make a c pillar bar to keep me busy in the evenings, just messing around getting the brackets to line up perfectly then she'll be in at the weekend....along with a new exhaust :o

hi Darren, see your from surrey too!

my edition 30 was the best car ive owned for build quality, reliability and performance. @334hp 341 lbft it was a real weapon and combined with the suspension, brakes and tyre set up i ran it was a joy to drive and always made me and the misses smile
i sold it to fund a house deposit and bought the cosmic premier as a daily, coming from a well built German monster the lightweight noisy civic seemed 'cheap' so i decided to buy a mk4 R32 for more German goodness. however, i became extremely fed up of its heavy weight and lack of fun to drive which the light weight ep3 gave me so i started to look for another one. i found this one up for sale on pistonheads and after a few phone calls and messages to the owner we agreed a swap for my R32 and i drove away with my current ep3 + ££££ my way a week later :D

I really enjoy driving the ep3 as the local b roads and twisty lanes between lingfield(home)/crawley(friends)/edenbridge(work) are superb and bring huge amounts of smiles around the twistys. just wish it had more power!

Oh yes managed to map my old s3 up to 282 and that was more then enough. The pulling power the K04 is crazy lol. My wife actually has an Edition 30 in black but we hopefully wont remap her car .

Will be getting a dc5, as with her having the ed30 we have the best of both worlds! Will keep an eye out for your car, which should be easy enough :)
