Hi All,

I've recently upgraded my EP3 to braided brake lines and managed to upgrade 3 out of 4 corners however the front right brake line has seized completely and even after lots of WD40 and a flared brake line spanner its not budging, to the point where I've begun to round the bolt.

Has anyone changed the metal brake line that goes into the distributor, I'd assume it's just a matter of unbolting it from the distrubutor and connecting up a replacement then bleeding the brakes?

It sounds like an easy job, anyone got any experience? I think i've found the relevant replacement part on the below link, item 9:

Thanks

Yea piece of cake mate just to it as you said unbolt at either end then bleed. Just make sure your brake fluid reservoir doesn't run dry though.

I had the exact same problem as you buddy, even the same corner.

I found a local chap breaking an ep3 so i got a that corners hard steel brake line and just replaced them. I didnt want to go for a copper one made up because it could only deteriorate down the line :)
