Hey up peeps

Not a poster at the moment but been a long time lurker!!! Now looking to get myself an ep3 type r so will probably be spending quite a lot of time on here over the coming months.

First question, is it realistic to find an ep3 type r in solid reliable form in the region of £3500??

Second question, are high mileage ep3's best avoided or are they pretty much bullet proof?

Last of all, anything major to look out for when looking to buy apart from the usual??

£3500 u can find your self a decent ep3 so keep a look out on the forum! But for the price u can afford u can get one with pretty decent mileage but even if they have over 100k miles it doesn't matter as they are bulletproof engines as long as they have FSH.

Keep your eye out on the type r's for sale section & just wait till u find the one u want & try find one with some mods u want to save u some cash for after buying [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]

Seen quite a few but want to get as low mileage as possible and would prefer one that has no mods so i can do my own thing with it. It will be a daily driver so performance mods will be few and far between but would like to mess with the handling/ stance without going to extreme.

I have a subaru that had a lot spent on coilovers roll bars droplinks etc but it was simply to harsh for daily driving.

Ill keep my eyes open in the for sale section
