I've not seen it for sale as a digital code so I guess you're limited to the regular stores. Most only seem to stock the standard retail edition with the premium commanding a higher price. I think it's £40 on the store (excluding the game).

1 - the services is general unstable so people wouldn't notice if someone tried to break it
2 - don't get hacked so often it has become a way of life
