i was at 138, was unlucky about pickett, HE WAS GUTTED! lol,

watching ufc is quality live rather than on TV, all the chanting and booing was coming from my seating block haha

Not a lot happens in the house compaired to the older tuf series. Mind the time Liben went nuts

Can't remember if it was season 4 or 5 where they had a fight in the back yard which resulted in one of the gys being caught in a triangle. The guy who pulled off the submission quickly found out that bjj isn't good in a street fight as his head was hit repeatedly off the concrete slabs.

I like them both but wanted Shogun to win. I thought Shogun was done in the first round and showed great heart to even get out the round never mind get to the end of the fight. Should have been a draw though but it was still awesome

Just thought I'd chirp in here, my wee cuz had his 1st MMA fight last week and won on a TKO, fair play to him, he's gotten pretty bulky from being a wee rake most of his life and I have a new respect for him for stepping into the cage.

Good win for Stephan Bonnar as he now has 3 in a row. too bad he couldn't lock in a submission to end the fight.

Favourite fight was seeing Wanderlei Silva at his old self, delivering vicious knees. I thought I was watching Pride FC when the 3rd round was on. Cung Le's face was a mess!

Hendo - Shogun was indeed an epic fight. I've never seen anyone take that many clean hard punches from Hendo and still have the heart (and consciousness!!) to fight back like that. Shogun finally landed that uppercut in the 4th though, well deserved - he'd been looking for it all fight due to Hendo's stance. I think if he'd landed that earlier when he had more in the tank he'd have been able to finish him.

Anyway I ended up scoring it the same as the judges tbh, but with a fight like that perhaps a draw/rematch is more just. However, I cannot f*cking wait for John Jones vs Dan Henderson :shouldbeinteresting:
