Picked her up today from a nice young man near Cambridge. Silverstone Silver AP1 (2001) S2000 with red interior, Private S2K plate and 05' centre console. 92k with FHSH.











Done a little over 100 miles in it today, in glorious sunshine... What a car. Gearbox is fantastic, very sure footed and planted compared to the EP3. RWD will take a little getting used to, especially in the wet. Digital clocks also! Very happy with it so far. alloys could use a refurb (But I'll probably change wheels anyway), and the plastic rear window has a tear and needs replacing... But that's it.

Changes/modifications so far stand at:

- 05' Centre console
- Uprated Alpine iPod compatible headunit
- Uprated Focal component speakers

Planned for the future:

- Later model silver radio door to match gearknob and surround
- Roof Mod (Enables use of roof whilst in slow moving traffic)
- Rear window replaced
- 17" Alloys (Undecided, suggestions definitely open. Nothing garish please. Tasteful)
- MeisterR Coilovers
- Exhaust system (Undecided, research required. Looking for gains and a bit of a growl, but nothing too loud)
- Hardtop
- OEM Front lip
- OEM Low Level rear spoiler

MPG from the first tank of petrol (well, tank and a bit) is 29MPG - light to light. Thats covering 300 miles, first 100 being London driving. Next 200 being mostly motoway. Fuel cost £1.42 (V-Power), total spent £66.

Fairly sedate really being around town a lot of the time. Gave it some exercise where I could. Had a bit of a play with a 330d on the motorway, and did the 200 mile journey between 80 and 90 so wasn't doodling along.

Can anyone identify those bronze and black wheels in the pictures above? May price a set up.
