why is r8byb banned?

Its the public IP that's banned. Presumably it's dynamic rather than static so may have been assigned to another Virgin user that has pissed CTRO off at some point.

I'd be wary about entering your logon details via a proxy as well.

Lol I had tjis same thing happen to me the other day while sitting in the pib on my iphone. Got the banned message :scratch:

Tried to log back in though a few minutes later and all was fine....
