I'm going clean my car these next couple days even though it's raining but I won't be doing it again Saturday when I arrive if it's raining!!

If your only there the 1 day (Saturday) is there a certain time you have to be gone by as I won't be camping?

As far as I'm aware if you have a weekend ticket you can arrive and leave whenever you want.
You're maybe best asking the guys on the gate if there's a lock down time, if there is it'll be pretty late on in the night.

I've just read on the JAE forum that they're not allowing car washing on stands this year.

You can either use the show and shine or the hardstanding area in front of the hexagon

IIRC website says that you have to be out by 10:00pm.

Not sure how they would check though.
