Just got back from Unit 8 Again, and I have nothing but praise for Stevie and Mark, especially Mark. I orginally got my BC Coilovers fitted back in mid August. After hearing nothing but praise from other members of the forum I decided to get a set. I was very happy for the price i payed in exchange for the quality product and level of commitment, shown by both Mark and Stevie too set up the car how I wanted it.
I opted for a sensible drop, 25mm was about right for me. Having a Buddy Club exhaust was always going to limit my options unfortunately

However upton the geometry settings, Mark discovered for some reaon the front two wheels were not in align with one another. One was 10m ahead of the other, Not a majour issue just meant I'd have too set my geometry settings for the front another time. (I still havent got round to a body shop, get my car onto a jig and sorted it out

).
My first test was too see how well these coilovers would grip, so upon arriving home took the car out to some local b-roads around me and my initial thought was .. "Sh#t this car is frightening around corners" . There was unbeliveable grip on offer and i was a very happy chappy indeed. After a few runs I found a setting that I was comfortable with and stuck at it.
After time, I started too experiance a knocking noise coming from the drivers side. Didn't take much notice at the time but gradually it was getting worse. I had a E-Tech strut bar, and where it joins up I thought that was the cause? It wasn't after removing and finding the knocking still there. Took it to a few local garages, all I got was.. "Bearing has gone" "Ball joint needs replacing" "May have too strip the front end of your car to see the problem in more depth" In the end I got in contact with Stevie and arranged too come up asap.
Before going up me and a friend got the car jacked up, and discovered the lower lock ring on the drivers side was loose and just spinning. After tightening and 30min drive the car was sweet, no noise. Next day it was back

I knew whatever the problem, it was fixable by Mark and Steve. Today I went up and Mark worked his magic, top mechanic, top guy can't fault him one bit. Really knows his stuff. :salut: He found the bolts on the top to be slightly loose and before you knew it Mark had her good as new. The journey back home was awesome, the car felt back to its old self.
Thanks again too Mark, Stevie for all your help, Will be up again soon to finish of the fast road set up and a few other bits and bobs I have on my wish list
Cheers Fellas
