Well I've had my Civic about two months now, bought it of mate from work.
He had someone coming to buy it one weekend but he was away and asked if I'd mind selling it for him. I took it for a cheeky test drive and told him I'd have it. I'd forgotten how nice Hondas were to drive!
Insurance was only about £80 more than my VTS. And actually cheaper than a Berlingo van
Bought it with 47500 miles on the clock, think its got about 49k now.
I'm going to try and keep it fairly standard.... however I just got these on Friday-
so I can get a FRSU done, no plans to lower it though- Cumbrian roads and lowered cars = knocks and rattles
JDM rear ARBs seem popular too so might look down that route at some point (maybe when the pound/yen looks a bit better)
Wheels need a refurb too and the calipers could do with a lick of paint.
I know the mud flaps are a bit on the :ymca: side, I'll remove them soon...

You can get a JDM rear ARB from 8speed or even Honda dealer(prices seem to have gone up though for EP3 parts

)

Yeah the alloys have seen a kerb or two, I'll put that down to the lady owner that had it before my mate.
No big plans for it as yet, just keep it in top nick. Doesn't help looking at other builds though.

Well two or three weeks ago I had little trip down to Blackpool and picked these up of bornlucky1-
Had them blasted at work-
Then sent them the bodyshop our work use, along with a tin of BMW Sparkling Graphite-
Not sure when I'll get round to fitting them, I'll be giving them several coats of wax to make keeping them clean a bit easier.
I've got a Eibach camber bolts and arms waiting to be fitted too, just toying with lowering it too but I really don't want it any firmer. I've read that Eibach Pro Kit are a slight drop with OE ride quality- does that sound right?
