according to your graph (green line) you have approx 230HP at the flywheel, thats somehow expected.

Torque numbers are not correct, maybe the dyno settings are screwed up. Try to roll it on another dyno. I would say approx 220 Nm would be realistic.

yes 230 hp and around 215 or 220 NM will be normal. because than if you put on a race manifold and toca cams you get 320hp??

Another thing is the suspesnsion, it that realy the variant 3 from KW, because all the variant 3 that i see has double spring on every damper?? look like variant 1 to me.

I do not want to critic your car which is one of the best FN2 that i saw, but if you write something, write real things

wtf man, the Variant 3 has nothing to do with having helper springs or not. They have independent bound and rebound adjustment, unless these knobs below and above the shocks aren't "real" and I'm just making stuff up.

Did a back to back dyno run with BF52 over the weekend at Perth Autosalon with interesting results!
His car has the JTune Extreme Kit Prototype but still missing the CAI

Black line is BF52
Blue line is Lukits01
Red line is Wuism (DC5R 4th gear with FN2 Final Drive on a different day)
Image

JTune VTEC is set to 3800Rpm ~ 80Kph
My VTEC is set to 4400Rpm ~ 90Kph

It would seem I've lost a bit of low down power but gained a lot from the JDM Manifold and Intake! (Assuming all other things being equal) Then again I'm still on stock header!

Another thing learnt, DC5 and EP3 gearbox has killer 4-5-6 ratios!
Something I'm looking into in the near future

Hat's off to you mate! Love the work you have done, the Wheel's and Brake's look :cooldude: What's next?

Silly Q? are you in the UK? would love them brake's on mine how hard was it getting them to fit?

dandemoraliser wrote:Did it say in the video with the black FN2 it was doing 155hp?? at the wheels.....?

Mines doing 167 at the wheels standard.....
Extremely disappointed with the result!!!
It ended up with 161Whp.
There is currently a problem with the tune & is really sensitive to heatsoak for come reason. The car was sitting for about 30mins with the engine on before the dyno run, but so was Lukits.

cheers guys

Details on the Brembo conversion will come up soon
in a nutshell DC5 brembos bolt up fine, the issue is wheel offset and rotor offset

and I wouldn't bother comparing peak hp figures with other cars unless its back to back same day same dyno (and even then its still questionable comparison)
Let alone dynos from different countries. Power measurement standards are different between UK, USA, OZ.
