I actually have the address of the wee Jap man who put that Mugen grille on there. I can post it up and if you are ever in Japan you can go and tell him off

He should get a telling off for putting the grill on the car in the 1st place, and you should get a telling off for not taking it off!

Mugen made 2 versions of the twin loop, 1 for the euro model and the there for the JDM cars. The problem you have was a quite common way back when. Sounds like you have a euro exh, just over size the 3 holes that attach the B pipe to the cat to give you a bit move twist. No different to a UK car fitting a JDM system (spoon, kakimoto ect)

New Honda battery fitted and it lives after 5 months in the garage snoozing.

Everything double checked, started instantly first time and running perfectly. What a car [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]

I thought I had, but after I hosed the bloodbath off the front, there is not a single mark :scratch: Literally hit it smack bang in the centre of the front splitter and it's not damaged at all. Very confused as to how it took a blow like that and doesn't even have a mark on it.
