I thought it might be handy to have a list of what to bring to JAE and who’s bringing what for the stand.

THE STAND If you have said you’ll help and suddenly can’t please let me know asap.
Marquee & furniture – Hired from JAE
Banners & Flyers - Me
BBQ & coals - Mikeg
Trestle table/paper plates/plastic glasses/binbags - Me
Generator, adaptors & Petrol - Omni
Lights - Omni
Music – Not entirely sure

INDIVIDUALS This is just a list of suggestions, if I’ve missed anything post it up!
Ticket (if you have one)
Tent
Hammer
Sleeping mat/inflatable bed
Sleeping bag
Pillow
Cup (for morning tea/coffee)
Camping chair
Torch
Loo roll (just incase!)
Coolbox (if you’re bringing food/drinks)
Water bottle
Waterproof/wellies/umbrella (no rain fingers crossed!)
Suncream/sunglasses/insect repellant (please be sunny!)
Warm clothes for chilly nights. (It was pretty cold in the am hours last year!)
Camera
Earplugs (if you go to bed early)
Towel and toiletries (there are shower facilities)
Food (there will be burgers, sausages, rolls for the bbq but you might want more)
Alcohol
Headache tablets!
Bucket/sponge/cleaning stuff (if you plan to clean your car, I won’t be!) Also handy to keep beers etc cool!

I've seen one remarkably similar elsewhere too...

It might be a good idea for someone to bring some duct/duck tape and or cable ties. They always come in handy.

Well you saw how much we had for that one night, I will need my whole collection of car cleaning kit etc then because I have a 300mi trip two days before JAE... and other set of kit for the extra night
