People with knowledge and experience need only apply (no offence)

From front to back what equipment from what manufacturers would you use.

For fast road/light track work

well

as coilover's u have the Tein flex or the Buddy Club RSD, wich both can adjust ride height without having to take out pre-charge to the spring

then one of the most important thing's for a fine setup are these item's:

"roll center adjuster" when u lower your car u also lower the roll center, and with this it return's to where it was
Image

and the other thing's are the j's racing tie rod's and the T1R inverted rod end's that allows u to bring the rod's back to stock angle and to be able to have more negative camber at front while having Toe out as well

and here is some example's with RSD and Flex with inverted rod end's and roll center adjuster

appart from this particular situation u have some of the more known suspension mod's as

strut tower bar's at front and back,

upgrade anti-roll bar's with jdm unit's,

camber adjustment at front and back,

front lower frame from Tanabe, Neuspeed, Carbing, D3

and the LSD is also a great option, jdm, quaife, spoon, cusco, kaaz, u have the ring's lsd or the plate's one that allow u almost 100% lock capability

these are some options

Just want to add that there is a cheaper and better alternative to the J's Racing ball joints (roll center adjusters).
You can get them from Todd at clubrsx.com
More info in this thread: http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=395196

If you check the last picture that Bruno posted you will see them installed on my car
I also got the T1R tie rod ends as well.

*Tein Flex
*SPC rear camber adjusters
*Front camber adjusting bolts (to give more adjustability than the Tein top mounts alone provide)
*JDM rear anti roll bar
*(plus quaife diff...but that's not really part of the suspension)

My car is used for trackdays and competitive sprints. These components work well, and would be the first things I'd do if I were you.

I have had no probs with my standard steering rods/rod ends with Tein Flex (probbly cos the car doesn't lower very much from standard..about 15mm I'd say). I still manage to get 1.48 neg camber and a touch of toe out at the front.

I bought them from Hybrid Racing as in the above link.
Make sure you get EP3 ones though, DC5 is bigger.

I little warning about the T1R rod ends though, they are real cheap quality or at least the ones I got.
Drove less than 200 miles and went for an alignment but the ball was so loose inside the rod end that I couldn't get a proper toe setting :x
I have now changed them for Rodobal MTE which are much better.

I've been informed that the rear strut bar on the EP3 is pretty much pointless by a suspension engineer, due to the way the force is transferred through the body, can't remember the exact reasons behind it in all honesty, but it's something worth bearing in mind.

And best set-up for one person isn't what's best for another.

i think your probably right about the rear brace

but a c pillar brace may be a worthwhile addition as there is no rigidity there

Agreed, a C-pillar brace would be a far better purchase and should make a noticeable difference 8)

They cost around £38 each here in Sweden, part number is RF 14-MTE x 1,5.
I think they are made in Italy by Getecno, maybe you can contact them for an UK distributor.

fonzeka - from what i can read and see you have a very credible setup on your car

my question is, have you not considered a front lower H brace?

Thank you Sam.
No haven't considered a H brace, I'm really not much of a brace man. I agree they do look good though :D
Next thing for me has to be a LSD.
Another thing worth mention is upgrading the lca bushings, Energy Suspension got poly bushings at a nice price.
The install is kind of hard but if you are going for roll center adjusters then you might as well get them done at the same time.

Nice huh
