Hi,
Anyone have any experience of using a Japspeed 4-2 manifold like this one?

Does it give any better performance than the OEM manifold?

Setup would be AEM induction, RBC intake manifold, OEM throttle body, japspeed 4-2 exhaust manifold, OEM cat and some kind of 2.5" cat-back probably un-silenced b-pipe and just a back box.
Whole lot re-mapped with K100

Just wondering whether its worth changing the OEM exhaust manifold if I'm leaving the cat in?

they are more restrictive than the oem manifold apparently, japspeed 4-2-1 decat manifold on the other hand makes good gains best value for money exhaust manifold for ep3
