Don't forget to check there is no synchromesh issue. Best way is to cruise and change from 4th to 6th (I think). If it crunches the sale is a no no.

Oooooh, haven't read this yet. Is it common on the Zeds? Or are you saying that as a general gearbox check?

I would say it is a known problem not a common problem, there is a TSB from nissan about it and it is replaced under warranty

Its been over a year of diesel power, haha, I'm a bit bored and fancy a bit of a posey rwd car for a few months

ooooooooh, going to see one tomorow morning. Looks VERY clean, great spec, nice low miles. only thing missing is satnav, but its got pretty much every other extra, including the Nismo exhaust satnav will get added at a later date for it to be fully loaded.

there might be a picture/video update tomorow.... and hopefully i can chat him up enough to get some money knocked off. Hes expecting a baby in 2 weeks, has dropped the price, and said "needs to go", so as its a buyers market, hopefully the ball is in my court with negotiating....
