Quick question before I order - does anyone know if you have to remove the front bumper to replace the grill?

You do indeed have to remove the bumper inorder to replace the grill.

Really?
When I had my bumper off it seemed like you could do it without taking the bumper off... Here is a pic of mine with the bumper off.
The bumper slots in under the grill... worth a try without taking the front off... but a guide here and my comments further down on the lights and washers.

Has anyone here actually removed their grill without taking off the bumper?

This guide seems to suggest it can be done:

But then I've seen others that take the bumper off before.

A quick call to Honda will answer your query

It might be like other things... easier to remove the bumper and get the grill off. But it is a toss up if adding in the extra work for the bumper makes it worth while.
I would say try with the bumper on, if you can't then take the bumper off. I took my wheels off to get the bumper off, you can do it without... but again easier if you do take it off... catch 22... good luck either way

Well I don't know what to do now.

Prices (with the discount I've been offered):

Honda: £383.83 (inlcuding VAT and delivery)
Touge: £279.00 (including shipping, but not import tax)

I'm estimating import tax will be around £60, but it could be more or less.

Where would you order from? Neither of those costs include fitting.

The other option is Touge's crate delivery, which is £314.00, with NO import tax. But I'd have to wait until the end of June. :???:

Yeah, the site posted above gives a guide of around £60 for VAT and duty on the grill.
