This is just a quick guide, it can be applied to any wheel, hub or quick release (qr) you choose, all modifications are at your own risk and this is just a guide!
In my opinion the works bell boss is the best to go for! it includes plug and play resistors to trick the car into thinking the airbag is still there. This means your srs light will come on as normal and go off which should satisfy new mot laws (i hope) It also works with the self cancelling indicators and is a very nice bit of kit!
anyway Heres the parts in question.

Works bell boss opened up

first thing is to disconnect the battery so no power is going to the airbag, people say to wait around ten minutes so you might fancy a brew!

Inside the car now there is two small pieces of plastic either side of the steering wheel which need to be removed a small flat bladed screwdriver or similiar tool is ideal .

Right side removed

Left side removed

Next you will need a T30 torx bit, the works bell boss includes a T30 torx key which is ideal cause i didnt have one. You can also unplug the airbag connector on the left side at this point, they will be tight Honda put some lock thread or similar on these Torx bolts and there were very stiff. once there removed the airbag will now lift out but be carefull there is still some plugs at the back that need disconnecting.

You are now left with a 19mm at this point you will need someone to hold the wheel, i dont reccomend you use the steering lock as you could break it, this shoudnt be that tight. once the bolt is loose leave it on a few threads and losen the wheel this will save you a broken nose

You should now be left with this, ready for your shiny new boss. theres a nice little cut out for your wires to come through.

Resistors ready to go in

Base plate for the qr with horn adaptor to ground the horn on sandwiched in the middle

Both fitted, also put the cover for the short boss on at this point

Final part on, ready for the wheel now.

Wheel fitted.

If i have missed anything let me know so i can edit it.
Cheers
