So with winter rapidly approaching and wanting to still go out on my bike, what clothing to people recommend to keep the chill off ?

I've not bothered to go out in the winter before, but with a knee injury i need to keep on my bike. Only have shorts and t-shirt and its starting to get chilly

What do you wear ?

thermal leggings, thermal top and numerous layers on top - still too cold for me though

Long cycling leggings, decent base layer.
