Loads of things - different chassis, body, engine, interior etc etc

Not much. Similar weight, power and torque.

same power, but a dc2 weighs 1060-1110kg's depending on exact model so a jdm dc2 is marginally but noticably faster not sure what an ep3 weighs but i imagine it's 10-15% more
