1. Sponge and and plenty of water.
2. Proper leather chammy leather. (when i can be bothered to dry it)
3. The round sponge applicator you get with the bottle of gold class wax.

And i use the microfibre cloths meguairs sell for removing the wax.

No, it's hard to describe.

I got it in Halfords, it is white and it consists of a large sponge covered in a material like they used to use for mop heads, like a white 'dreadlock' type cover.
