yea i dont think you will see any real gains with the tb and the feels as the feels will kill the power with the charger thats why i never even bothered fitting it.

you could fit a custom b pipe but then you just have paid mega money for a feels rear box :-|

may aswell sell it and buy a toda, spoon b pipe etc.and get the most from the charger.

you could sell the feels and buy a decent exhaust and a 70mm tb with the money. :bigthumb:

But the FEELS is the same bore as Toda and Spoon, just a regular Jap exhaust bore......I know the small bit just after the cat is smaller but I'm pretty sure that's to encourage a venturi effect, especially with the R&D they did I'm sure it's meant to be there and has a function. Who knows, I'm not going bother with the TB now, see what type of power it makes. I was pleasantly surprised with my 239bhp. So it was making the same power as other cars with similar mods (breathing mods and KPro) I seriously can't sell it

Straight from the Feels website......
Rugged, lightweight, bullet-type design is adopted, and also looks sporty. The intermediate pipe diameter 60.5φ, and then bore out 115φ, the ideal performance exhaust.
Which is the same as the Toda.....
(Stainless) Center pipe Ø60 mm + (Titanium) Tail pipe Ø90 mm/ Dolphin tail

Recieved mine and fitted :WOOT

Besides for the porting of the intake manifold and spacer it was a pretty easy job. Just basically transferring everything across onto the new TB. I plugged my evap as i no longer use it. The tps made me scratch my head, but for anyone doing this... use a hacksaw to cut a slot into the "rivets" then remove with a flat head screwdriver

Idling was at 3000rpm on first startup, which was soon sorted out with disconnecting the battery and doing the idle learn procedure. Idling back down to 1050.

First test drive was full of win followed by fail. It felt suprisingly good till I put my foot flat and the engine light decided to illuminate.

Checked the error code and it was tps high voltage. Did a quick check and apparently my throttle was at 2% untouched and 113% at WOT according to Kpro. Under the knock/tps tab there's a setting to Scale TPS. I set that to 2% min and a max of 110% and all is well :WOOT

No more error code and the car is pulling very well, a/f seems to be safe as well. Car is also driving just as smooth even with no fuel changes and no sign of sticking.

All in all, pretty please so far, just need to get it on the dyno for some fine tuning and see the numbers.

I run a 70mm tb from RMotion (+port matched RBC), no adapter needed, same unit as the BuddyClub one I believe, no issues.

As mentioned those JDM tat exhausts will be holding you back as you look for more, a custom (true 2.5-3") is better and much cheaper.
Dont expect much in the way of power gains, a larger tb is meant to give better throttle response, not that I noticed..
