Hey guys,

As above - the exhaust is becoming tiring as it's so loud (might look at the bung option but heard they can be droney and tiring).

Can you recommend an alternative that is a little quieter that I can still make the same power on with my Rotrex supercharger?

Check that out for an option

Otherwise, 3" straight through is your only hope

Had robs 2.5 unsilenced pipe with the oem backbackbox on my last car - just don't want to drop power if I remove the spoon N1?

i got the spoon n1 and b-pipe and it was quiet loud and droned, now i have a bung for it and it is 100% improvement. It's bearable that the gf will sit in the car now but still makes a nice sound when giving it some.

i'm sure you'll miss the n1 when you take it off.

Considering the bung! when the car warms up it sounds a bit better

if your getting your car mapped soon to extract every last bit ofpower especially with the Rotrex charger you have on the car id go for a 3" system,

a place near you (i think) called jp exhaust are excellent custom exhaust builders (based in macclesfield iirc) [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]

Cheers mate - thinking of sticking with a DC 4-2-1 and spoon b pipe + N1... should be able to make good power on that?

yeah you'll still make good power with that mate,

Where did you get your bung?

I got it from funkypower as I couldn't find a cheap knock-off one so had to plump for the Spoon one. There was a website Hondaperformanceparts.co.uk that was a few quid cheaper but I didn't hear any members get stuff from there before so wasn't brave enough to trust the site.

The bung isn't cheap but worth it imo. [smilie=karls_thumb.gif]
