the longbridge ones - i'm surprised how much stuff is left behind there! If the guy taking the pics can get in, can't thieves and stuff as well? and a car with the keys in it just sitting there! surprised that hasn't gone yet!
breakers yard paradise in there, just come with their trucks and pick up a load of parts/panels etc

Is Canadian Red Cross Hospital in Taplow on that site?
I was born there but the hospital was abandoned a couple of years after I was born. Everything was just left as it was...!
They have only just started to knock the place down, 20 years after

That's the place I was trying to remember the name of yesterday.
Taplow doesn't bring up any hospital hits but I'll do a bit more searching.

Cool, its in Taplow which is a little village. Nearest town is Maidenhead...
I think there is a website with vids if you google the name. I went there years ago and its so freaky. Beds, hospital equipment all just abandoned there, never been so scared in all my life
EDIT - here is its web page.

Shame they have knocked it down now as I would have gone back with my camera. Try and find the room I was born in lol

Went to see a friend in Fan Ling (Hong Kong). He was staying in a village and showed me some of the houses that were deserted.
We went into one of the houses and he showed me loads of the old occupant's personal possessions etc. Believe me it was a spooky experience when you go to places like these.
It looked like the people left rather sharpish considering the types of documents left in the house.
Some of the stuff was akin to the pictures from the above link.
My friend kept an eye on the place everytime he was in HK and made sure the chain implied the place was padlocked.
