Had 4 new tyres fitted today as they were all in need of replacing. Fronts were particularly worn in inside edges and one was also worn on the outside edge.

Anyway had the tracking checked and adjusted and was informed that it was out by 2 degrees. Is this a lot? It means absolutely nothing to me.

Cheers. Had no idea if that was a lot or not! Would explain the unusual wear on the tyres then!

Best thing you can do is get some camber arms/bolts, take it to TGM / TDi and others, have the geo set up. They will set the geo (camber, toe, tracking etc) like as if it was on rails. Also a Benefit of less adverse tyre wear.
You may find you increase the number of tyres you go through, but that's probably because you are driving it that much harder.
