Any decent 6.5" component setup would do. This is my install on my Civic Type R. I have JL Audio C5 series, a fantastic component speaker.

The Alpine is a good set up for the money - but the Focal range have a better natural sound in my opinion. its well worth the money. JL Audio C3 is a budget entry level, but at over £200.

This focal setup has silk dome tweeters opposed to metal. in reality this means that they are less tinny . I found metal dome tweeters too harsh.
I also found that MDF rings work better than the plastic adapter. You will get less bass vibration. These are available on eBay for under £5:

Car Audio Security are very good with their pricing and stock. I also recommend them for hardware and sound deadening. Also I recommend the Skinz range of sound proofing, cheaper than dynamat but just as good - if not better.
